The Rangee GmbH granted a three years warranty on all products. 
There can be warranty adjustments:

• up to five years bring-in warranty
• Pre exchange instead of bring-in warranty

You also have claim for support and all firmware updates for the duration of your warranty period. After the warranty period an extension of the support is possible, which also includes further claim for firmware updates. After consulting the Rangee GmbH you may either download it directly from our HTTP or FTP site.
