  • TCMS Adresse: If you want to move your clients to a different TCMS address, you can distribute the new TCMS to address given here,
  • TCMS Legacy Port*: Communication port for older Clients (< Firmware 7.xx). Current Clients use Port 443
  • Aditional API Port*: This Port is used for restricted communication with the TCMS. The Client can only register it self and download the configuration. This information instz mostly used, when the TCMS is in DMZ and Clients want to connect to TCMS from external network with NAT.
  • Allow Repository Zugriff over additional API Port*: Thi option allows the client to download firmware and software from TCMS repository ober the API port.
  • Client Default-Group:This option can be used to define in which group new clients are included when they register for the first time
    Try mathcing Subnet: If the client MAC has already been assigned to a defined group, the client will automatically register on this group
    Always assign temp group: New clients are always added to the temp group
  • History Limit: Limit the max no of recorded history information.
  • Connect to Clients using: Select the network address, which should be shown on the TCMS, e.g. mobile workers are often in private networks, which use a private networt address Infrastructure. Then it will be easier to show these clients with its publich IP address
    • public IP (default): IP of public infrastructure: e.g. Proxy Server or Internet Gateway/Router
    • private IP: thin client local IP-address
    • Hostname: thin client hostname
  • Use signature validation: With this option, all clients must be accepted from administrator manually, before they can onboard to TCMS and get a configuration. (right click on thin client in thin client list and accept certificate)
